Fresh Perspectives Consultancy Ltd was established by Christian Fielder.


Christian has a 20 year track record in consultancy, project & line management in cross organisation and OD/HR change programmes. He has extensive public and private sector experience.

Passionate about establishing and developing effective relationships with clients, he consults and delivers change with integrity, honesty and a desire to make a difference. Clients value the perspective he brings  – the ability to quickly see the “wood for the trees”  and provide meaning, relevance and order to facts, ideas and opinions.

Our key knowledge and skills include:

  • Ability to build and develop effective and trusting relationships at Board and first level
  • Highly developed facilitation and coaching skills with significant experience in skills transfer to clients
  • A robust understanding of Business Excellence models and organisations, combined with an insightful, pragmatic and challenging approach to specifying appropriate business improvement interventions
  • Experience in challenging and resolving conflict in change programmes.
